Green was established as a city in 1992, prior to being a township with a rich history in agriculture. It is a great location if you are looking for a community with a rural feel, with quality city services and amenities.

Popular parks include 205-acre Southgate Park with over 5 miles of trails, Boettler Park with a 30,000 sqft playground, and Green’s newest Central Park boasting an amphitheater, splash pad, Farmer’s Market plaza, community hall, a seasonal ice skating rink, an asphalt walking trail and 3 ponds. Wonderful entertainment for the entire family right here in town!

Major interstate highway I-77 and The Akron-Canton Airport are very close by, and it is a great central location for those who commute to Akron or Canton.
