    Client Care & Development: Inside Sales Agent / Real Estate

    If you’ve worked in teaching, psychology, social work, recruiting, client service or other sales roles – working in our Client Care & Development Team as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) may be the career you’ve been looking for!

    Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) enjoy talking on the phone to better understand buyer’s and seller’s situations so they may better be served. This is accomplished by accepting inbound and making outbound calls, emailing and texting prospects with the goal of converting those prospects to appointments for our Listing Partners and/or Buyer Specialists.

    Individuals in this role love helping people, asking questions, and enjoy nurturing relationships until they are ready to meet with one of our Listing Partners and/or Buyer Specialists. They are driven to succeed, appreciate challenge, seek professional growth and desire to be around positive people with similar work values.

    This position allows you to be in the profession of Real Estate without the unpredictable hours of Outside Sales, offers set hours, training, coaching, high income potential, benefits, and the opportunity to be a part of a phenomenal team culture!

    KEY SKILLS:

    • Excellent communication skills with ability to build quick rapport with customers
    • Be passionate about providing exceptional customer experience
    • Have a positive, learning based mindset
    • Have excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Personable, coachable, and driven to master the craft of converting prospects to clients
    • Understand the value of systems and documenting details (notes)
    • Team oriented and ability to work independently with sound judgement and problem solving skills
    • Must be very good with technology and computers. Programs you will use include email, Microsoft Word & Excel, and different Content Management Systems.

    We provide training, coaching and an abundance of resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.

    Full-time, office based position with base salary, plus commission income with potential to earn $40-50k your first year, and up to $60k or more your second year.

    Additional competitive benefit package includes medical insurance, 401k, profit sharing, 2 weeks paid vacation, holidays, personal time and volunteer time.

    MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

      • Team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed.
      • Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain an Ohio Real Estate license. We can assist you in obtaining.
